Open Call to Tender for ISACS Strategic Review and Organisational Development Plan

The Irish Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle Network are at a significant crossroads in their growth and evolution

The first five of these years were focussed on establishing, connecting, building and identifying the community. The most recent five years have seen phenomenal growth, confidence and the need of a voice from within these art forms. It has become vital that the network grows immediately to meet this demand.

Therefore, we are seeking an external consultant to conduct a full review of the ISACS network’s structure and operations to date so we can better plan for the ISACS of tomorrow.

We are looking for:

• A full Review and analysis of ISACS work to date
• A Strategic plan for next 3-5 years (optional)
• A Business plan for next 3-5 years
