Le Plus Petit Cirque du Monde  is a hybrid organisation that combines experimentation and teaching. It is a circus school, an artistic production facility, a laboratory for social integration, a platform for international exchange, and more.

Its identity is deeply rooted in Tertres-Cuverons, a socially subsidised neighbourhood in Bagneux where the vitality and diversity of the community has greatly impacted the project. It has bolstered the association in its vision to develop a social approach to the circus arts, using them as a vehicle to transform individuals and their environment.

The association recently moved into its new building designed by Loïc Julienne and Denis Favret (the architecture firm Construire) and continues to develop, focusing on an ethical, citizen-oriented and community-based urban project.
