Co-founded by former Cirque du Soleil performer Hsing-Ho Chen and his partner Yu-Lun Chiang, the organization is dedicated to promoting circus culture. Rooted in the core spirit of "Though starlight may be faint, together it shines brilliantly," the initiative gathers circus professionals from both domestic and international spheres, rallying interdisciplinary collaboration and blending contemporary narrative and aesthetic elements to showcase the diversity of contemporary circus and expand imaginative horizons. Currently, they are members of Circostrada - European network for contemporary circus and outdoor arts and CAN - Circus Asia Network.

The HoooH was established in 2019. Years of performance experience and a rich network of connections across various fields have sparked the creation of a contemporary circus that traverses multiple domains. This is achieved through vertical and cross-disciplinary collaborations with performing arts, visual arts, graphic design, and spatial architecture. In 2025, the multi-functional complex space HHHub was established.
