The essence of the festival is a presentation of the widely comprehended current carnivalesque art through its signs, new circus and busking art. A carnival is a period when customary laws of the everyday life undergo the suspension and entire social and cultural order is turning away against 180 degree. So as a juggler, a conjurer is a synonym of the misfit, the freak and the outcast, so the carnival is a synonym of the holiday, abolished laws, abolished duties, abolished norms. The carnival is a time of destroying, chaos, but also a time of the restoration, revivals, is a time of fools, jugglers and artists who are announcing the coming of a new life.
