Carnival - Open Circus Space is funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage since March 2011 as a non-governmental organization. It is one of the first cultural and educational institutions operating in our sectors.
Carnival promotes art and contemporary circus pedagogy, with elements of theater, dance and pantomime.
