Funnybones Production have been producing and advocating for the contemporary circus and the street art in Sweden since 2003.
In 2018 Åsa Wallberg stept onboard and since then Åsa and Thorsten run the company together.
Today we are the producers for three different circus companies, to support them and establish networks on national and international levels.
Finding residences and creative workspaces for them. Thorsten Initiated the Stockholm Street Festival in 2010, and since 2012 taking part of the festival on tour around Sweden.
Thorsten Andreassen was part of the founding team to establish the Swedish Branschorganisation Manegen (En Piste). Thorsten was elected as the President between 2009-2012.
Funnybones Production Establish in April 2023 The New Circus Festival in Knivsta, (Municipality outside Stockholm), with the intention to make it an annual festival.
