New European Project

We are pleased to announce New Horizons Leadership Programme - a new European project, led in partnership with Cirkus Syd and Rigas Cirks. 

NHLP-EU has Nordic-Baltic and European reach and aims to support emerging leadership, invest in the future capacity, and provide open access innovative and forward-thinking capacity building experiences. The project engages cultural operators and citizens whilst connecting professionals in the sector and facilitating opportunities to learn, share best practices, and be inspired. 

This project is Co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union.
