Le Palc is labeled as a national circus center. Its main objective is to contribute, from the Grand Est region, to the recognition and qualification of the circus arts and to participate in the renewal of its artistic forms and aesthetics around the following missions: the accompaniment and the support of creation in the field of the circus, the implementation of the diffusion of circus shows, the development of cultural and mediation actions. The uniqueness of the Palc's project lies in the circus approaches developed in public spaces and under circus tents, as close as possible to the inhabitants and their territories. Its geographical proximity to the Centre National des Arts du Cirque reinforces the Palc's vocation to contribute to the best possible accompaniment of emerging artists in general and young artists from the CNAC in particular. As a reference structure and resource on the territory by implementing the distribution of circus shows on the local and regional territory, the Palc pays particular attention to the support and accompaniment of circus companies established in the Grand Est region and in its cross-border space.

Le Palc est labellisé centre national du cirque. Son objectif principal est de contribuer, à partir de la région Grand Est, à la reconnaissance des arts du cirque et de participer au renouvellement de ses formes artistiques et de ses esthétiques autour des missions suivantes : l'accompagnement et le soutien à la création dans le domaine du cirque, la mise en œuvre de la diffusion de spectacles de cirque, le développement d'actions culturelles et de médiation.

La singularité du projet du Palc réside dans les approches circassiennes développées dans l'espace public et sous chapiteau, au plus près des habitants et de leurs territoires. Sa proximité géographique avec le Centre National des Arts du Cirque renforce la vocation du Palc à contribuer au meilleur accompagnement possible des artistes émergents en général et des jeunes artistes du CNAC en particulier. Structure de référence et de ressource sur le territoire en mettant en œuvre la diffusion de spectacles de cirque sur le territoire local et régional, le Palc porte une attention particulière au soutien et à l'accompagnement des compagnies de cirque implantées dans la région Grand Est et dans son espace transfrontalier.
