MAD Festival is a vibrant four-day celebration of contemporary circus held each April in Antwerp, Belgium. Centered around the city’s historic harbor, the festival presents a dynnamic mix of bold, accessible and inventive performances by both local and international artists. Renowed companies are combined with emerging artists showcasing fresh work from the next generation of circus creators. Meanwhile, partner Ell Circo D’ell Fuego hosts the MAD Convention, offering an extensive range of workshops for circus practitioners. MAD Festival aims to inspire, stimulate creative exchange, and create a boundary-pushing circus experience.
