Estonian Contemporary Circus Development Centre (ECCDC) has been called to life by Estonian circus professionals in 2014. This is a voluntary work based umbrella and information providing organization with 9 members (2016):

ECCDC's one of the major biggest event is Estonian Circus Festival in April, which presents and supports mainly Estonian artists.

Other activities during the year include round tables with the circus community in the country, lobbying with the Ministry of Culture and funds, collaboration projects within the Baltic Nordic Circus Network (administrated by CircusInfo Finland), educating journalists in circus field, promoting contemporary circus in the country, collecting and spreading information and organizing workshops for professionals.
ECCDC​ is also collaborating with other organizations which offer circus education for children and youth and promote circus as a hobby in order to wide the potential audience.
