On the 6th and 7th of October 2010 in Brussels (Belgium), the European project “Artists Moving & Learning” will be having its final conference. This major international event will offer you the opportunity to learn about the project’s comparative study analysing the impact of mobility of artists in ten EU Member States: Belgium, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and the UK.
“Artists Moving & Learning” (October 2008 - October 2010) is a project financed by the European Commission under the framework of the Lifelong Learning Program and is coordinated by the ENCATC (European Network of Cultural Administration Training Centres).

The plenary meeting of the IETM will take place 4-7 November 2010 in Glasgow (Scotland). On the theme of “Voices” and in the vein of Berlin’s “Plan C”, participants will explore together the many different futures that are available to them. Discussions and events will be part of the programme, with the CCA – Centre for Contemporary Arts – as a reference point.

Under this heading, you will find recent studies and publications on the circus and street arts.
Team Network (Transdisciplinary European Art Magazines Network) brings together about 15 European revues dedicated to the visual and performing arts, and carries out different types of activities, including editorial exchanges, a yearly communal publication, residencies for critics and gatherings.
The network just released its second Yearbook, East/West: Distorting mirrors, which provides insight into the political and artistic aspects between East and West with five portfolios and a series of texts in English and original language (Portuguese, French, Italian, Polish).

A special issue in English of the French magazine Stradda has just been released, following foreign operator’s request . This special edition focuses on street arts and circus arts in Europe, and contains articles published in former Stradda issues as well as new articles.
