Background
The issue of welcoming rules and membership has been tackled by members and new comers during past meetings. The General Secretariat HorsLesMurs receives more and more informal applications from organisations active in the fields of street arts and circus, which are working on the development of international cooperation projects, keen to participate in our activities.
An internal working group has been working on membership criteria and regulations. This working group was composed of: Subtopia (Sweden) – La Cascade (France) – HorsLesMurs (France) – Articulation (UK) – FiraTarrega (Spain) – Cirkoskop (Czech Republic) – Theater op de Markt (Belgium)
